Refund Policy for Awakaza Cloud Base Software as a Service Platform:

At Awakaza, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfactory experience. However, due to the nature of our software as a service (SaaS) platform and the subscription-based payment model, we have established the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds:

Awakaza does not offer refunds for any subscription payments made on the platform. Once a payment is processed, it is considered final and non-refundable. We encourage users to carefully evaluate our services and features before subscribing to any plan.

2. Grace Period for Payments:

We understand that circumstances may arise that could prevent users from making timely payments. Awakaza provides a 15-day grace period for users to settle any outstanding payments. During this period, users will retain access to the subscribed services. If the payment is not received within the grace period, access to the services may be temporarily suspended or terminated.

3. Subscription Cancellation:

Users have the freedom to cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle users to a refund for the remaining unused portion of the subscription. The cancellation will be effective immediately, and access to the subscribed services will be revoked.

4. Service Interruptions:

Awakaza is committed to providing a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as system failures, maintenance, or other technical issues, there might be temporary disruptions in service. These interruptions do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

5. Exceptions:

In exceptional cases where Awakaza fails to deliver the subscribed services for an extended period of time due to reasons within our control, we may, at our sole discretion, consider offering credits or alternative solutions to affected users. Such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Circlebook (Pvt) Ltd, the parent company of Awakaza, reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification through other appropriate channels.
